At Fleur Buddy, we are committed to delivering the freshest flowers and providing excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
Report Issues: If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Provide a clear image of the flowers and packaging to help us assess the situation.
Available Solutions: Once we verify the issue, you may choose one of the following options:
Re-delivery: If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement bouquet.
Refund via Gift Certificate: You may opt for a refund in the form of a gift certificate, which will be issued within 24 hours.
Refund to Original Payment Method: A refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you should receive it within 7-10 business days, as per standard banking timelines.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
If the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery.
If the flowers' condition deteriorates due to improper handling or exposure to unsuitable conditions after delivery.
Important Notes:
As we deal with perishable products, we recommend checking the flowers as soon as possible upon delivery.
